Physical products: you have 14 days after delivery to request a return, with no justification needed (right of withdrawal, article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Write to us at animusforge@outlook.com. A defective or non conforming product is replaced or fully refunded, shipping included.

Digital products: by completing your order, you request immediate access to the file and expressly waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code. Since the download is immediate, the PDF cannot be returned or refunded. If you hit a technical problem (broken link, unreadable file), write to us and we will sort it out straight away.
